I first started weightlifting during the pandemic. My local gym had 1 on 1 training because they were no longer able to do group classes. I learned my way around weights and moved up to becoming the gym rat I am today. Along with incorporating the right foods and nutrition. The next part of becoming my complete self was changing my mindset for success, gratitude, and abundance. And I want to help you on your journey, as I wish someone did for mine.
